PUBLIC CLASSES:   "HANDS ON" in our Public Classes offered in Tucson, Phoenix and San Diego on a regular basis. We provide a widescreen laptop for each student. Don't take a chance with your database, let your newbie learn on our student systems!

BASIC:   This class will show your team member how to successfully navigate GoldMine, schedule and complete calls, next actions, appointments, create filters and groups, write letters and emails.
3-4 hours (with questions), 10 students maximum per class.
Training materials included. Multiple students from the same company are eligible for a Discount!

ADMIN SERIES:   4 classes (Basic is included FREE with the Administrator Series).
Each class is 3 hours and has homework. Students are encouraged to call for help if they need clarification!
 
ADMIN I   Setting up users correctly - permissions, best practices
Setting up fields and views correctly
Setting up word and email templates
Maximum 5 students per class.
 
ADMIN II   Make your data work!
Organizing, editing, manipulating your data
GoldMine tools and best practices
Maximum 5 students per class.
 
ADMIN III   Personal Coaching 3 hours
You and your instructor will focus on the Advanced GoldMine features that will make the most difference for your installation. Some companies need automated processes, others want to focus on queries, reports or programming custom routines to integrate your databases. We will work with your student and decide what is the best investment of your advanced coaching session!
